If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability in a Canyon View Credit Union product or have a security incident to report, please email security@canyonviewcu.com. You can also call 801-481-8800 during business hours for immediate assistance with a security agent. Ask to speak with a security representative and someone from our team will be paired with you directly.
We know that using apps and online services is a big part of daily life. We want you to feel secure as
you use our services so Canyon View Credit Union pledges to:
- Endeavor to acknowledge initial security evaluation reports within two business days
- Prioritize the reproduction and then confirmation of any reported vulnerability
- For any confirmed vulnerability, promptly identify a reasonable timeline for patching and public disclosure
- Not pursue legal action against any reporter who complies with all of the guidelines for performing and reporting security evaluations, and who also cooperates fully with Canyon View Credit Union’s reasonable requests for assistance in reproducing a vulnerability.
